We would pick you up from your desired location, either from the Hotel or Airport/Railway Station in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram. Then we have had planned a full day old and new Delhi Guided city tour, wherein you would explore the most ancient and popular historical monuments such as Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, India Gate, Lotus Temple, Parliament House and President House and so on.
Red Fort is one of the historic monuments made up by great Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, located in Delhi, having an octagonal shape. This monument gets its name from the red-colored sandstone used in its construction by the Mughals.
Jama Masjid is one of the largest and perhaps its most magnificent mosque of India, designed as Emperor Shahjahan’s principal mosque. It stands across the road from Red Fort.
Chandni Chowk: Take a rickshaw ride to Chandni Chowk, located at the heart of the New Delhi’s Old City. The market is famous for its local street food, ethnic wear, traditional dresses, and antique gifts and so on.
Humayun’s Tomb, the splendid mausoleum was built in 1570, in the memory of Emperor Humayun, It is a fine specimen of the great Mughal architecture and carries with itself a great significance in respect of its culture as it was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent.
Khari Baoli step-well was inaugurated during the reign of Salim Shah, the son of Sher Shah Suri. It is the largest wholesale spice market of India and is regarded as an important commercial hub of north India.
Qutab Minar is one of the most profounding monuments of India, built by Qutub-ud-din Aibak in the year 1199. Moreover, it has been counted as the highest brick tower in worldwide.
Lotus Temple is one of the most visited edifices and a peaceful temple in the world. Its an amazing architecture of the temple has been awarded a lot of architectural awards.
India Gate is located on the eastern side of Rajpath that salutes and honors the Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives during World War I. It was built with light brown Bharatpur stones.
Post visiting the historical monuments, we would take you to drive pass through the Parliament House and President’s House.
Parliament House, also known as Sansad Bhawan, is one of the most impressive buildings that carry the responsibility of the entire law-making function. It comprises of the central hall which is in a circular shape and has two houses (Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha).
President House, also known as Rashtrapati Bhawan is a very vast mansion comprising of 4 floors and has a magnificent and prominent architecture.
